i • <br /> RESOLUTION N0. �1 �� <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> DOWNTOWN FACADE DISTRICT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS <br /> Section 1 . That the Agreement, a copy of which is hereto <br /> attached, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and J.J. and <br /> L.L. Properties, owners of real estate located at 215 and 217 N. <br /> Main Street for the restoration work as set forth in said <br /> agreement, using funds made available by the Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 .
