Remove existing street side wood windows in building and <br /> replace with new aluminum single hunq units. Alutninutn <br /> replacerr�ents were chosen after extensive research found wood <br /> replacerr�ents to be cost prohibitive (300�6 higher than aluminum) <br /> and Kathy Miller and Sill Turner with city planning deternnined <br /> existing units to be in disrepair to the point the� can not be rebuil� <br /> Manufacturer of the windows has assured us that an exact replica <br /> will be delivered includinq sash widths and arched units. Prime and <br /> painted to creain or b�rff in color. <br /> Remove existing facade at 21S North Main Street as to match <br /> facade at 21? North Main Street and install new marble across front <br /> of building not to exceed a heiqht of ten feet above ground leveL <br /> Install new awning across entire front of building projecting <br /> five feet out from building and six feet in height Awning will be <br /> rr,ade from a canvas material and Hunter Green in color, it will be <br /> � �installed just above existing sidewalk windows. Tongue and groove <br /> � <br /> � straight grained Douglas Fir will be installed as a soffit under <br /> awning. Soffit will be treated with a natural oil or clear varnish to <br /> bring out true color of wood. <br /> Repair cornice to original condition b� removing existing <br /> paint, replace missing detail piece on south end of cornice and <br /> refinish in a Hunter Green color. Ornar�nental details will be <br /> highlighted in a cream or bu�f color. <br />
