Prairie Avenue <br /> Decatur, Illinois <br /> The Facade Grant Program provides incentives for the improvement <br /> of building facades in the central business district. Such im- <br /> provements must be consistent with the architectural character of <br /> the building and be maintained without alterations for a period <br /> of twenty years . <br /> Consistent with program guidelines, a grant for 80 percent of the <br /> project cost in an amount of $9, 592 . 80 is recommended. <br /> /sj s <br />
