That the Agreement, a copy of which is hereto attached, between the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, and Nick G. Striglos, owner of real estate located at 124-130 E. Prairie Street <br /> for the restoration work as set forth in said agreement, using funds made available by the <br /> Community Development Block Grant Program be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
