' RESOLUTION OF THE MACON COUNTY BOARD <br /> ENTERING INTO A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT <br /> WITH THE CITY OF DECATUR <br /> RESOLUTION NO G-1338-9-8-94 <br /> WHEREAS, the Illinois Emergency Services and Disaster Agency Act of 1992, as <br /> amended, provides, inter alia, that cities and counties may mutually agree to provide emergency <br /> and disaster services; and <br /> WHEREAS,the parties desire that the Macon County Emergency Services and Disaster <br /> Agency, and the Coordinator employed by the County, collectively referred to hereinafter as <br /> "County ESDA",provide such services for the County and City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED for and in consideration of the provisions set <br /> out herein,the City and the County agree to the attached agreement. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall become effective immediately II <br /> upon the adoption thereof. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 8Tg day of <br /> SEPTF.MBER , 1994. <br /> AYES 17 NAYS � <br /> MACON COUNTY BOARD <br /> MACON COUNTY, ILLiNOIS <br /> A ES .
