� f I � * 1 `,', �, ` r'.� 1 SECTION IX REPORTS; DISPOSITION OF RECYCLABLE MATERIALS 9.1. Contractor shall keep accurate records consisting of weigh slips with the net weight of recyclable materials collected in the City by each collection vehicle. Attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as Exhibit "C" is the form of the weigh slips to be used by the Contractor. Copies of such weigh slips for any month or months shall be sent to the City upon the request of the Recycling Coordinator specifying the month or months for which said slips are desired. Contractor will also send to the Recycling Coordinator on or before the lOth day of the month after the month to which the report relates, a report in the form of Exhibit "D" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Reports herein required may also include such other information as the City from time to time shall reasonably require provided, however, that the information requested by the Recycling Coordinator shall not exceed the information available through the Contractors records as maintained pursuant to the requirements of this Subsection. Each such report, and those sent to the City pursuant to Subsection 9.2 hereof, shall be signed by an officer of the Contractor and be certified as true, correct and complete. 9.2. The personnel of Contractor on the collection vehicles shall keep a record of the number of dwellings in each collection district that have recyclable materials at the collection point during the collection hours on the district's collection day. These records shall be sent to the City monthly with the reports described in Subsection 9.1 hereof and shall be in the form of Exhibit "E" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. 9.2.1. In addition to the reports specified hereinabove in Subsections 9.1 and 9.2 the Contractor shall also provide to the City reports revealing the sale of recyclable materials including but not limited to reports containing information on the price, type and weight of recyclable materials sold.
