. � ` y ' <br /> l <br /> I + � <br /> , <br /> �i. <br /> Dwellin�s: Occupied single residences and apartment buildings containing not more <br /> than six units, provided, however, that each occupied unit in said apartment buildings shall be <br /> considered one dwelling for purposes of collection of recyclable materials and billing. <br /> Holida,ys: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving <br /> Day, and Christmas Day. <br /> Missed Collection: The failure of Contractor to collect from any dwelling within a <br /> collection route recyclable materials timely placed at the collection point during collection hours on the <br /> district collection day for that dwelling. <br /> Non-Rec.yclables: All refuse, garbage, rubbish, and waste matter which is not a <br /> recyclable material. <br /> Public Awareness Program: Program developed and provided by Contractor to <br /> inform and encourage residents to use the recycling collection services. <br /> Rec,yclable Materials: All newspapers, food product glass, aluminum, tin, and bi-metal ', <br /> cans, plastic milk jugs, high density polyethylene (HDPE), slick page magazines, catalogues and such II <br /> other materials as the parties may agree in writing. ' <br /> Recvcling Collection Services: Those services to be performed by Contractor as <br /> follows: <br /> (A) The collection of recyclable materials from locations specifically designated by <br /> the parties; and, <br /> (B) Marketing of the recyclable materials, subject to the provisions of Subsections <br /> 3.8 and 3.9. <br />
