Parts 247-254. <br /> i. Project Management Oversight. To the extent applicable, the Recipient agrees to comply with <br /> FTA regulations, "Project Management Oversight," 49 C.F.R. Part 633, and any revision thereto, <br /> with respect to a major capital project. <br /> j. Bus Testine. To the extent applicable, the Recipient agrees to comply with FTA regulations, <br /> "Bus Testing," 49 C.F.R. Part 665, and any revision thereto. <br /> k. Pre-Award and Post-Deliverv Audit. To the extent applicable, the Recipient agrees to <br /> comply with FTA regulations, "Pre-Award and Post-Delivery Audits of Rolling Stock <br /> Purchases," <br /> 49 C.F.R.
