Martin shall have a parts availability policy to ', <br /> supply the City with new parts within 48 hours (excluding ' <br /> Saturday, Sunday and holidays } or will furnish the parts I' <br /> upon request at no cost . Parts covered in this guarantee I, <br /> are those new parts required for normal repairs and I <br /> maintenance necessary to keep the machine operating in a i <br /> day-to-day operation. I <br /> 8 . The City will maintain equipment in accordance <br /> with normal published manufacturer ' s recommendations . <br /> 9 . Martin has the right to inspect equipment during <br /> normal working hours at the City and make recommendations <br /> for repairs , improved maintenance, etc . , in keeping with the <br /> requirements stated by the manufacturer in the shop manual <br /> for the maintenance and repair of the piece of equipment . <br />
