During the performance of this contract, the <br /> contractor agrees as follous: � <br /> (1) That it uill not distriminate against any employee or applicant for <br /> eraployment because of �race. color, religion� � sex, marital status, national <br /> origin or ancestry, age, physical or mental handicap unreiated to ability, or an <br /> unfavorable discharge from military service; and further that it uill examine <br /> , all �ob classifications to decermine if minority persons or uomen are <br /> , underutilized and uill take appropriate affirmative action to rectify any such <br /> underutilization. � • <br /> . (2) That� if it hires additional employees in order to perform this <br /> contract or nny portion• thereof, it uill decermine the availability (in <br /> accordance uith the Departaenc's Rules and Regulations) of minorities and vomen <br /> in the area(s) from vhich it nay reasonably recruit and it uill hire for each <br /> job classification for vhich employees are hired in such a �:ay that minorities <br /> and vomen are not underucilized. <br /> (3) That, ,in all solicitations or advertisements for enployees placed by <br /> it or on its behalf. it uill state that all applicants ui11 be afforded equal <br /> opportunity c.-i[hout discrimination because of race, color, religion, seY, <br /> aarital status, na[ional origin or ancestry, age, physical or aencaJ. handicap <br /> unrelated to ability, or an unfavorable discharge from military service. <br /> , t4) � ThaL iL uill send to each labor organization or -representative of <br /> vorkers �:ith �hich it has or is bound by a collective bargzining or other . <br /> agreement or understanding, a notice zdvising such labor organiza[ion or <br /> represenL�ative of the concractor's obligations under the I1linois Human Righ�s <br /> Act and the Departmen[ ' s Rules and Regula�ions.
