AND DON WESTERMAN, INC. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Annexation Agreement submitted to the <br /> Council herewith between the City of Decatur and Pheasant Run, <br /> Inc. and Don Westerman, Inc. , regarding the annexation of <br /> territory located generally east of Neeley Avenue approximately <br /> 1200 feet north of East Mound Road and legally described on said <br /> Agreement, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 .
