RESOLUTION NO. R � �— �0 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACTION <br /> REGARDING UNSAFE STRUCTURES <br /> 1007 S. MAIN; 1430 N. WILSON; 1631 N. WARREN; <br /> 1937 E. WILLIAM; 1007 S. MARTIN L. KING JR. DRIVE; <br /> 1234 N. JORDAN; 419 N. MONROE; 735 E. CENTER; <br /> 915 S. FRANKLIN; 645 E. GRAND; 1073 N. EDWARD <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, has <br /> found and does hereby find that certain structures within the <br /> City located on premises at the addresses set out on Exhibit A, <br /> hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof, are dangerous and <br /> unsafe, or are uncompleted or abandoned; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the better interest of the general public <br /> health, safety and welfare that said structures be repaired or <br /> demolished. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
