Bacon, Jr., City Manager <br /> George C. Weaver, Director of the Department of Community Development � <br /> Kathy J. Miller, Planner <br /> � <br /> SUBJECT: II3PA Grant Application for Phase III of Survey <br /> Upon City Council approval, the attached resolution will authorize the filing of a United States <br /> Department of the Interior's Historic Preservation Grant-in-Aid with the Illinois Historic <br /> Preservation Agency. Community Development staff has received notification that the <br /> preliminary grant application was approved by the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency. The City <br /> will request $3960 in Federal funds. The local match is $2640 which comes from the <br /> HASC/CDBG budget as a planned program activity in the work program for the 1994-95 year. <br /> The grant will be used to complete phase III of the survey. The application deadline is June 10, <br /> 1994. Fund disbursement dates will be announced on May 18, 1994. <br />
