'� : <br /> SUPPLEMENT�L :�GREEMENT <br /> Section 9 of the Federal Transit Act, as amended, requires the designated recipient to enter into <br /> formal agreements for projects it does not carry out directly. The Grant Recipient under this <br /> Grant Agreement is not the Designated Recipient. Therefore, the Designated Recipient, in <br /> accordance with the Federal Transit Act, as amended, hereby agrees to permit the Grant Recipient <br /> under this Grant Agreement to receive and dispense the Federal funds described in this Grant <br /> Agreement.
