� . <br /> SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, entered this 2nd day of May, 1994 by and between <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois (herein called the "City" ) and <br /> Decatur Park District (herein called the "Subrecipient") . <br /> WHEREAS, the Grantee has applied for and received funds from the <br /> United States Government under Title I of the Housing and Com- <br /> munity Development Act of 1974, Public Law 93-383 ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City wishes to engage the Subrecipient to assist the <br /> City in utilizing such funds; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed between the parties hereto that; <br /> 1 . SCOPE OF SERVICE <br /> A. Activities <br /> The Subrecipient will be responsible for administering <br /> fiscal year 94-95 CDBG funds for the purpose of installing <br /> playground equipment at GUM Park in a manner satisfactory to <br /> the City and consistent with any standards required as a . <br /> condition of providing these fun�ls .
