R ��� <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF <br /> AMENDMENTS TO AGREEMENTS WITH THE STATE OF <br /> ILLINOIS, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> FOR MASS TRANSIT CAPITAL GRANTS <br /> Amendment 4 <br /> Contract No. 1025 <br /> Project No. CAP-84-238-FED. <br /> and <br /> _ Amendment 3 <br /> Contract No. 1096 <br /> Project No. CAP-85-269-FED. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That the Amendments to the Capital Grant <br /> Agreements, here before the Council, between the State of � <br /> Illinois, Department of Transportation, Division of Public <br /> Transportation, and the City of Decatur, Illinois, � and the same <br />' are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby, authorized and directed to sign and attest said amended <br />' agreements on behalf of the City, and to execute such other <br /> certifications or authorizations as may be required in connection <br /> therewith. <br /> Section 3 .
