r <br /> RESOLUTION NO. R � � � <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACTION <br /> REGARDING UNSAFE STRUCTURES <br /> 1261 DEVORE PLACE; 1596 N. CHURCH; <br /> 1909 N. MORGAN; 1221 E.LOGAN; <br /> 460 MARYLAND HEIGHTS ROAD: 1929 N. MORGAN <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, has I <br /> found and does hereby find that certain structures within the <br />' City located on premises at the addresses set out on Exhibit A, <br /> hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof, are dangerous and <br /> unsafe, or are uncompleted or abandoned; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the better interest of the general public <br /> health, safety and welfare that said structures be repaired or <br /> demolished. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
