That the properties commonly kaown as 515 Green- <br /> wood Court and 475 South Crea conveyed to that person(s) who con- <br /> tracted for the purchase of same from the City of Decatur through <br /> the City' s Homestead Program, the Council fiadiag that the provi- <br /> sions of said contract has been substaatially complied with by <br /> said parties, <br /> SECTION 2 .
