R � ��- � � <br /> RESOLUTION FOR IMPROVEMENT BY MUNICIPALITY <br /> UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City . of Decatur, Illinois, <br /> that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois High- <br /> way Code: <br /> Name of Thorouqhfare Route From To <br /> Grand Ave. /Monroe St. Local <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, <br /> 1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of installation of new <br /> traffic signals and detector loops at the intersection of Grand Avenue and <br /> Monroe Street and be designated as Section 93-09309-00 TL. i <br /> 2 . That there is hereby appropriated the sum of One Hundred Sixteen �I <br /> Thousand Five Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($116, 500. 00) for the improvement i <br /> of said section from the Municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds. I <br /> 3 .
