RESOLUTION NO. R <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> - SANITARY DISTRICT OF DECATUR - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Addendum No. 1 to the Intergovernmental <br /> Cooperation Agreement submitted to the Council herewith between <br />� the City of Decatur and the Sanitary District of Decatur be, and <br /> the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 .
