Addendum-A�eement No. 1 Intergovemmental Cooperation Agreement Staley Sewer Rehabilitation and owners protecrive liability shall be fumished to the Sanitary District of Decatur and shall contain substantially the following cancellation provision: "The u�surance evidenced by this certificate will not be canceled or materially reduced etcept after 30 days from receipt by the Sanitary District of Decahu and the Enaneer of written notice thereof." "The Worker's Compensation insurance evidenced by this certification is valid in the State of Illinois." The Sanitary District agrees to require the contractor for the Staley Sewer repair project to indenuufy and hold the City of Decatur,its agents,o�icials.and einployees harmless of any and all claims and losses arising out of work done by the contractor in the executi�n of the contract for said project. Further,the Sanitary District agrees to require the contractor to name the City of Decatur additional insiued on the contracto�s Commercial General Liability,Automobile Liability, and Owners'Protective Liability insurance policies for the project,and to provide the CIT'Y w7th evidence of said coverages through valid certificates of insivance for the duration of said project. 21) INDEMNIFICATION-(AMENDMEN'1� 14) INDEi�INIFICATION-ORIGINAL For and in consideration of th�mutual c;ovenants contained hereuL the CITY f�rever agr�es to save harmless and indemnify the DISTRICT,its administrators,servants or employees, directors,trustees,contrac;tors and/or subcontractors,agents and assigned from any and all claims which may hereafter be presented by anyone for loss,damage,and property or personal injury as a result of the DISTRICTs obligations tutder ttus agreement. The CITY agrees to be responsible for the cost of any settlements,judgmznts or verdicts resultuig from any and all clauns against the DISTRICT due to the DISTRICTs obligation 3
