ROUTE 710, SECTION (50Z-3)TS-5) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the agreement presented to the Council <br /> herewith between the State of Illinois, Department of <br /> Transportation and the City providing for modernization of <br /> traffic signals at the intersection of U.S. Route 51 Business, <br /> Main Street with Green Street and Garfield Avenue, be, and the <br /> same is hereby received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
