City staff recommends approval . 879 N. Pine - NS14� 9302272 - Initially posted as unfit O8/24/93 , Utilities terminated April 20 , 1993 . Doors removed and persons frequenting at night . Drug paraphernalia found in several rooms . Severe lack of maintenance . Owner has history of non-compliance on this and other properties . 557 E . WAGGONER - NSI�� 9302518 - Initially posted as unfit 11/24/93 . Utilities terminated June , 1979 . Dangerous conditions at entrances from deterioration of porches and entryway. Aban- doned. Severe lack of maintenance . 1977 E . WILLIAM - NS14� 9201530 - Initially posted as unfit 11 / 2 / 92 . Utilities terminated November 5 , 1992 . Abandoned , severe lack of maintenance . Neighbors complain of vagrants com- ing and going at night . Owner has long history of non-compliance and tries to sell CFD instead of repairing .
