RESOLUTION NO. �— I �� <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> STATE OF ILLINOIS - CITY OF DECATUR <br /> ROUTE 51 AND ROUTE 48 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: I <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement between the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, and the State of Illinois, Department of Transporta- <br /> tion, for the maintenance of municipal streets as set out there- <br /> in, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2 . That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal and attest said <br /> Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 4th da of October, 1993. <br /> ��� � � <br /> Erik C.
