R I 3- � � I <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF APPLICATION ' <br /> - CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL - I <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur is applying to the State of <br /> Illinois for a Clean and Beautiful Program Grant; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary that an application be made and <br /> agreements entered into with the State of Illinois. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City apply for a Clean and Beautiful <br /> Program Grant to the State of Illinois. <br /> Section 2 . That the City Manager, on behalf of the City, <br /> shall execute all such necessary documents for the carrying out <br /> of said application, and the Council does hereby ratify and <br /> approve all such documents previously executed by said Officer. <br /> Section 3 .
