R �� '' I� � <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PROPOSED ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br /> AND SCHEDULING SAME FOR PUBLIC HEARING <br /> WAYNE PHILLIPS, TINA LATHAM AND <br /> FIRST NATIONAL BANK, TRUSTEE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the proposed Annexation Agreement between <br /> the City of Decatur and Wayne Phillips, Tina Latham and First <br /> National Bank, Trustee be, and the same is hereby, received and <br /> placed on file, a copy of said Annexation Agreement being <br /> attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2 . That a public hearing upon said Annexation <br /> Agreement be, and the same is hereby scheduled for Tuesday, <br /> September 7 , 1993, at 7 :30 P.M. before this Council in the City <br /> Council Chambers, One Gary K. Anderson Plaza, Decatur, Illinois . <br /> Section 3 .
