R � � ' ( � <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING QUIT CLAIM DEED <br /> - 1085 SOUTH MAIN STREET - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the conveyance to the First National Bank <br /> of Decatur, as Trustee under Land Trust No. 4122 of the property <br /> commonly known as 1085 South Main Street be, and the same is <br /> hereby approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal and attest a Quit <br /> Claim Deed conveying all right, title and interest of the City in <br /> the said property to the First National Bank of Decatur, as <br /> Trustee under Land Trust No. 4122, and the City Manager and <br /> Corporation Counsel be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to deliver said deed to said First National Bank Land ! <br /> Trust No. 4122 . , <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 1993 .
