Reed, Mass Transit Administrator ,� <br /> Subject: Downstate Operating Assistance Agreement for FY' 94 , <br /> Upon City Council approval, the attached resolution will <br /> authorize the execution of a Downstate Operating Assistance Grant <br /> Agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation. The <br /> State will reimburse the City up to 45$ of the eligible operating <br /> expenses of the Decatur Public Transit System in FY' 94 (July 1 , <br /> 1993 thru June 30 , 1994) . <br /> The mass transit operating budget for the State fiscal year <br /> is estimated at $2 ,150 ,000, of which IDOT's share will be <br /> $967,500. The first quarterly reimbursement for FY'94 is <br /> expected in October, 1993. <br /> dmu <br />
