(b) agreed, as an express or implied condition for obtaining this Agreement to employ or retain the services of any firm or person in connection with carrying out this Agreement, or (c) paid, or agreed to pay, to any firm, organization or person (other than a bonafide employee working solely for the CITY) any fee, contribution, donation, or consideration of any kind for, or in connection with, procuring or carrying out this Agreement: except as here expressly stated (if any): The undersigned certifies that has not been convicted of bribery or attempting to bribe an officer or employee of the State of Illinois, nor has the CITY made an admission of guilt of such conduct which is a matter of record, nor has an official , agent, or emptoyee of the CITY committed bribery or attempted bribery on behalf of the CITY and pursuant to the direction or authorization of a responsible official of the CITY.
