, , <br /> ' �i <br /> approval of the City, contract with, or obligate itself to, II�I <br /> another or others, City shall, upon the expiration or other ' <br /> termination of this Agreement, assume itself, or cause to be <br /> assumed by others, the obligation or liability of TMD ' <br /> thereunder. ' <br /> 8 . City shall furnish all property either real, <br /> personal or mixed and all office space, garaging and repair <br /> facilities, furniture, equipment, buildings, buses , other <br /> motor vehicles, supplies, materials, utilities and other <br /> services as may be reasonably required to properly and <br /> efficiently manage, supervise and operate said transit <br /> system, all of which said property shall be and remain the <br /> property of City. <br /> 9. ATE and TMD shall make no alterations in or <br /> additions to any of said property without obtaining the <br /> prior consent of the City. <br /> 10. ATE and TMD shall notify, and requisition from, <br /> the City, from time to time, regarding the types and amounts <br /> of property, materials, supplies, equipment and similar <br /> items or services deemed by ATE and TNID to be reasonably <br /> necessary for the management, supervision, operation and <br /> maintenance of said transit system and its appurtenances. <br /> After its approval of such requisitions, the City shall <br /> purchase and supply to ATE and TMD the requisitioned items. <br /> 6 <br />
