Weaver, Community Development Acting Director � . <br /> Bridget Hogan, Community Renewal Administrator �� <br /> SUBJECT: Subrecipient Agreements for the 1993-94 CDBG Program <br /> With your concurrence, we would like to place the eleven (11) <br /> attached Subrecipient Agreements on the Monday, May 17, 1993, <br /> City Council Agenda. The agreements are for the Fiscal Year <br /> 1993-94 Community Development Block Grant Program. A resolution <br /> authorizing City Council action is attached. <br /> l . Bo s and Girls Club of Decatur Inc. - 16, 105 to com lete <br /> y , $ P <br /> baseball field repair and install equipment . <br /> 2 . Westend Parents Coalition - $6, 700 for self-esteem boosting <br /> of neighborhood youth and to pay insurance premiums at <br /> Woodrow Wilson facility. <br /> 3 . Historic and Architectural Sites Commission - $12, 500 for <br /> education and administration of historic preservation <br /> activities . <br /> 4 . DCDF, Inc . - $327, 724 to operate a housing rehabilitation <br /> programs for low and moderate income persons. <br /> 5 . Neighborhood Housing Development Corporation (NHDC) - <br /> $28, 500 for acquisition and rehabilitation of a community <br /> center and base of operations located in NHDC' s targeted <br /> area. <br /> 6 . Downtown Senior Center, Inc. - $58, 815 to assist in the <br /> renovation of 355 N. Water to meet the needs of the center <br /> in its assistance of senior citizens . <br />
