SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, entered this 17th day of MaY , 19g� <br /> by and between the City of Decatur, Illinois (herein called the <br /> "City") and Westend Parents Coalition <br /> (herein called the "Subrecipient") . <br /> WHEREAS, the Grantee has applied for and received funds from the <br /> United States Government under Title I of the Housing and Com- <br /> munity Development Act of 1974, Public Law 93-383; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City wishes to engage the Subrecipient to assist the � <br /> City in utilizing such funds; <br /> � NOW, TIiEREFORE, it is agreed between the partiea hereto that; <br /> 1. SCOPE OF SERVICE <br /> A. Activities <br /> The Subrecipient will be responsible for administering fis- <br /> cal year 93 - 94 CDBG funds for the purpose of <br /> Self--esteem building activities and building insurance. . <br /> in a manner satisfactory to the City and consistent with any <br /> standards required as a condition of providing these funds.
