R � �r' 7 9 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL CONVEYANCE <br /> OF HOMESTEAD PROPERTY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, IL- <br /> LINOIS : <br /> SECTION 1 . That the property commonly known as 1039 East <br /> William Street conveyed to that person (s) who contracted for the <br /> purchase of same from the City of Decatur through the City' s <br /> Homestead Program, the Council finding that the provisions of <br /> said contract have been substantially complied with by said <br /> parties, <br /> SECTION 2 .
