RESOLUTION NO. R � �j� <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CERTAIN CITY OFFICERS <br /> TO ADMINISTER REAOLVING LOAN FUND <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br />;� Section 1. That the City Manager and the Director of I <br /> Community Development, or any person designated by either such <br /> officer, be, and they are hereby, each authorized to execute, on <br /> behalf of the City and without further approval of this Council, <br /> all documents relating to the administration of that program <br /> commonly known as the Revolving Loan Fund; "administration", for <br /> the purposes hereof, shall include, but is expressly not limited <br /> to, decisions regarding the amount of, and conditions and <br /> restrictions on, such loans, but only in compliance with <br /> guidelines as established by this Council. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 1993 . <br /> � �. <br /> � �� � <br /> ���� <br /> ERIK C.
