Reed, Mass Transit Administrator <br /> Subject: RFP for Administrative Services for DPTS <br /> Self-Insurance Program <br />', Upon City Council approval, the attached resolution will <br /> authorize the issuance of a Request for Proposals for <br /> administrative services for the self-insurance program for the <br /> transit system. The City will contract with a firm for a 3-year <br /> term to handle the claims adjusting and to issue monthly reports <br /> on accidents and losses. <br /> The City currently contracts with Rogers Adjustment Service <br /> and previously contracted with Management Services , Inc. for <br /> administrative services. During the past 6 years, the annual fee <br /> has ranged from $5,600-$6 ,000. Selection of a firm is expected <br /> within 45 days. <br />
