RESOLUTION NO. R 6 � '� � <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACTION <br /> REGARDING UNSAFE STRUCTURES <br /> 1240 N. CHURCH; 1211 N. CLINTON; <br /> 651 E. DECATUR; 1212 E. LEAFLAND; <br /> 1953 N. MORGAN; 515 E. STUART <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, has <br /> found and does hereby find that certain structures within the <br /> City located on premises at the addresses set out on Exhibit A, <br /> hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof, are dangerous and <br /> unsafe, or are uncompleted or abandoned; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the better interest of the general public <br /> health, safety and welfare that said structures be repaired or <br /> demolished. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l .
