Neither the Owner nor the A/E shall <br /> assign, sublet or transfer his interest in this Agreement without <br /> the written consent of the other. <br /> SBCTION 13 <br /> This Agreement represents the entire and integrated agreement <br /> between the Owner and the A/E and supersedes all prior <br /> negotiations, representations or agreements, either writt�n or <br /> oral.
