The CICD will provide the City of Decatur with an annual <br /> administrative budget for the purpose of operating and monitoring the DITC. <br /> The budget is to be presented for each fiscal year and to the greatest <br /> possible extent, plan and cover all related administrative and operating <br /> expenses for each fiscal year. Any unused budget allocations will revert back <br /> to the DITC for future budget allocations. <br /> F. The CICD will provide the City of Decatur an annual report on all <br /> activities carried out by the DITC under the administrative management of the <br /> CICD. Said report will include but not be limited to information regarding <br /> occupancy, tenants, graduations, generated employment, available services, <br /> revenue/expenses, lease rates, property/buildings, management and <br /> administration. <br /> G. The CICD Business Committee will provide appropriate com�tiunity , <br /> advisory oversight related to the operations, management and financial aspects <br /> of the DITC at its regularly scheduled meetings. Summaries of operations and I <br /> activities will be forwarded to the Executive Committee of the CICD and the � <br /> administration of the City of Decatur. <br /> H. The CICD will make available to the City of Decatur, their authorized <br /> representatives, program auditors or state or federal officials, the files of <br /> all activities conducted under this agreement related to the DITC for the <br /> purposes of audit and review. The CICD shall cooperate with the City of <br /> Decatur in preparing and making any reports to other parties as appropriate <br /> and necessary for activities conducted under this agreement. <br /> II. ACTIONS BY Tf� CITY <br /> A. The CITY shall provide the CICD with convenient access, at mutually <br /> agreeable times, to the CITY administration and staff to facilitate projects <br /> undertaken by the CICD related to the DITC. <br /> B. The CITY shall prnvide the CICD with timely decisions on matters <br /> which must be presented to the CITY before tYie CICD can proceed. The CICD <br /> shall not be held responsi.ble for delays caused by the failure of the CITY to <br /> provide timely policy direction or decisions. <br /> C. The CITY shall provide the CICD with limited legal services from its <br /> Corporation Counsel related to the review, execution and termination of tenant <br /> leases, collection of delinquent rents and other related tenant and operation <br /> services, as directed by the City Manager. <br /> D. The CITY shall, at no cost to the CICD, name the CICD as an <br /> additional i.nsured on property liability coverage for the DITC against third <br /> party claims at DITC properties and a copy of said endorsement shall be <br /> provided to the CICD. <br /> E. The CITY will provide the CICD with access to Community Development <br /> and other CITY staff and files that may be necessary for the CICD to carry out <br /> projects and operations involving the DITC. <br /> (2} <br />
