FkOM�BUSINESS DEUELOPMENT T0� 2174242770 MAR 4� 1993 10�28AM �067 P.03 WHEREAS, the Illinois Pepartment of Gonmerce and Conmunity Affairs (the "Department") mad� a General Revenue Grant {the "Grant") to the City of Decatur (the "Grantee") which grant was signed on January 14, X991 and which is referred to as Grant No. 91�10504; and, �tHEREAS, the Qepartment and the Grantee have agreed to the assi�nment of the Grant and all of the riqhts, duties, a�d responsibllities thereu�der to the First Illinois Develapment Gredit Carporation (the "FIDCC") ; and, WHEREAS, the FtDCC thraugh� its authorized representative. Mr. George Qinges of the FidCC Board, ha� �agreed to assume all of the rights, duties, and responsibllities as set forth in the Grant Agreement and further has agreed ta perfarm any and all work as outlined in the "Scope of Work" section of the Grant Agreement as amended by this modification; WNEREAS, the Department, the Grantee, and the FIDCC all agree that pursuant to the Gr�nt Funds Recovery Act� the Grantee has e�rned interest in the amount of ;2,765.15 as of January 30, 1993, and accordingly, the � parties agree that this amount becomes part of the gra�t principal . NpW, THEREFOR�, it is agreed between the Department, the Grentee, and the FIDCC that 6eneral Revenue Grant No. 91-1b504 between the Department and the Grantee 4s amended as follows: Paragraphs 9, 14, 15, 16, 17, y8, 20, 22, 23, of Part Xi, Scope of l�ork are stricken from the Grant Agreement. The foliowing paragraphs of Part XI , Scope of Work are amended to read as follows:
