Modernization of the existing traffic signal system in its entirety. <br /> 2. All traffic signal posts will be replaced as well as the existing mast <br /> arms. <br /> 3. All traffic signal heads will be replaced. <br /> 4. New pedestrian signal heads, pushbuttons, and posts will be installed. <br /> 5.
