Route 320 ( I1 . 121 ) <br /> Section (138Z-1 )TS <br /> City of Decatur <br /> Macon County <br /> Agreement No. J-593008 <br /> Contract No. 90501 <br /> Exhibit " C " <br /> WHEREAS, the C it of Dec atu r has entered into an Agreement <br /> with the State of TTTinois or the improvemen of N. 22nd Street ( F.A. <br /> Route 320 , known as State Section (138z-1) , TS <br /> Section ; and <br /> WHEREAS, in compliance with the aforementioned Agreement it is necessary <br /> for the c�i t �of D ec t0 appropriate sufficient funds to pay its share of the <br /> cost of said improvement. <br /> NOW, �HEREFO , BE IT RESOLVED, that there is hereby appropriated the sum <br /> o��ie Hun�re�lars ($ � 500 . 00) or so much thereof as may be necessary, <br /> from any money now or herei na ter a 1 otted to the Cit of Decto pay i ts <br /> share of the cost of this improvernent as provided in t e greement; and <br /> 8E IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon award of the contract for this <br /> improvement, the c it will pay to the Department of Transportation of <br /> the State of Illinois in a ump sum from any funds allotted to the c ity of <br /> Decatur , an amount equal to 95� of i ts obl i gati on i ncurred under�Fii s <br /> �reemen and will pay to the said Department the remainder of the obligation <br /> in a lump sum, upon completion of the project based upon final costs. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the c it of Decagrees to pass a <br /> supplemental resolution to provide necessary un s for its share of the cost <br /> of this improvement if tl�e amount appropriated herein proves to be <br /> insufficient to cover said cost. <br /> 76326.4 <br />
