Parking lanes and the curb and gutter adjacent thereto <br /> ❑ [�( ❑ ❑ B. Highway lighting system including furnishing the electrical energy therefore. <br /> � C. Storm Sewers and Appurtenances <br /> ❑ � ❑ ❑ (1) Applicable when storm sewer system constructed for State highway drainage only: <br /> � to perform those functions necessary to keep the sewer in a servicable condition <br /> including cleaning sewer lines, inlets, manholes and catch basins along with the <br /> - repair or replacement of inlet� manhole and catch basins' frames, grates or lids plus <br /> structural failures to a maximum length of 12 feet between adjacent manholes. The <br /> maintenance, repair and/o� reconstruction of storm sewers constructed as part of <br /> this improvement beyond the aforedescribed responsibilities shall be that of the <br /> State. . <br /> ❑ � ❑ ❑ (2) Applicsble when storm sewer system constructed as a joint LA and Staie use tacility: <br /> � to perform those functions necessary to keep the sewer in a servicsble condition <br /> including cleaning sewer lines, inlets, manhotes and caich basins along wiih ihe, <br /> repair or replacement of inlet, manholes and catch basins' irames, graies or lids plus <br /> structural tailures to a maximum length of 12 ieet between adjacent manholes. The <br /> LA and State shall share ihe cost of maintenance, except as aforedescribed, repair <br /> and/or reconstruction of ihe joint use sewer(s) to the same proportioning as the <br /> sewers initial construction costs were proportioned. <br /> � ❑ ❑ ❑ D. This Agreement and the covenants contained herein shall be null and void in the event a <br /> contract covering the construction work contemplaied herein is not awarded within three <br /> years subsequent to execution ot the Agreement. <br /> 3.
