R I � - � � 1 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL CONVEYANCE <br /> OF HOMESTEAD PROPERTY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, IL- <br /> LINOIS: <br /> SECTION 1. That the property commonly known as 820 N. <br /> Dunham, 3085 E. Division and 235 N. 21st Street conveyed to that <br /> person(s) who contracted for the purchase of same from the City <br /> of Decatur through the City's Homestead Program, the Council <br /> finding that the provisions of said contract have been substan- <br /> tially complied with by said parties, copies of which are at- <br /> tached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, <br /> SECTION 2 .
