� � SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> Section 9 of the Federal Transit Act, as amended, requires a <br /> designated recipient to enter into formal agreements for projects <br /> not carried out directly by the Designated Recipient. The Grantee <br /> under this Grant Agreement is not a Designated Recipient. <br /> Therefore, the Designated Recipient, in accordance with the <br /> Federal Transit Act, as amended, hereby agrees to permit the <br /> Grantee under this Grant Agreement to receive and dispense. the <br /> Federal funds described in this Grant Agreement.
