No eQuitable conversion. No right, title or inter- <br /> est, legal or equitable, in the premises, or any part thereof, <br /> shall vest in Buyer until the delivery of t�e Deed from Seller <br /> to Buyer. <br /> 19. Termination of aQreement. Notwithstanding any other <br /> clause contained in this Agreement, if, for any reason cohatso- <br /> ever, repair of the premises has not been substantially begun, <br /> in the opinion of Seller within 180 days from the date of this <br /> Agreement, then and in snch event, this Agreement shall be null, <br /> void and of no effect c�hatsoever. <br /> 20. Loan. The 3uyQr understands that it will be neces- <br />� sary for buyer to obtain a loan in order to finance the <br /> repairs, required under and in compliance with �aragraph 2 of <br /> this Agreenent, and, Buyer and Seller agree that if the pro- <br /> ceeds are not avail3ble from a loan to Buyer within 90 days <br /> from the date of this Agree�n�nt for the purpose of complying <br /> with paragraph 2 hereof, then and in such event, this Agreement <br /> shall be null, void and of no effect whatsoever. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF,� t�e parties hereto have signed this <br /> Agreer�ent the date and y�ar first above written. <br /> -7- <br />
