R �� � 3 � <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> SUBGRANTEE AGREEMENTS <br /> FISCAL YEAR 1992-93 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br /> REALLOCATION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Subgrantee Agreements for the Fiscal <br /> Year 1992-93 Community Development Block Grant Program <br /> Reallocation, copies of which are attached hereto, between the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, and the following subgrantees: Boys <br /> and Girls Club of Decatur, Inc. and United Way of Decatur/Macon ' <br /> County be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2 .
