During the term of this Agreement, the City shall <br /> pay to B & R, annually, an amount equal to the real property <br /> tax levied by the City on the Premises for which B & R is <br /> liable during that year; provided that, such payments shall <br /> • not be required hereunder (1) for any year during which B & . <br /> R has sold, grantsd or conveyed lots within the Fremises <br /> which, cumulatively since the date of this Agreement, total <br /> 80% or more of the number of such lots contained in a plat <br /> of subdivision of the Premises as per the provisions of the <br /> Subdivision Ordinance, or (2) for the first calenclar year <br /> following the fifth complete calendar year subsequent to the <br /> date of this Agreement, whichever of (1) or (2) first <br /> occurs. Such payment shall be made by the city upon <br /> presentment to the Finance Department of a copy of the tax <br /> bill for said Premises as prepared by the Macon County <br /> Treasurer, and shall be made in one (1) installment. It is <br /> the purpose of this payment, and the interest of the parties <br /> hereto, to abate that portion of real property tax caused by <br /> the annexation of the Premises. <br /> 7. A. B & R shall extend a twelve (12) inch <br /> watermain from the present terminus of same on Hickory Point <br /> Road west to the west property line of the Premises, and B & � <br /> R shall further extend an eight (8) inch watermain from the <br /> intersection of Hickory Point Road and Oakland Avenue north <br /> on Oakland Avenue to the north property line of the <br /> Premises.
