Department of a copy of the tax bill for said Premises as <br /> prepared by the Macon County Treasurer, and shall be made in <br /> one (1) installment. It is the purpose of this payment, and <br /> the interest of the parties hereto, to abate that portion of <br /> real property tax caused by the annexation of the Premises. <br /> 6. The Schnakes shall grant to the City any nec�ssary <br /> right-of-way to enable the City to extend a twelve (12) inch <br /> water main on Hickory Point Road from the east property line <br /> of said Premises west to a point necessary to properly serve <br /> said Premises, as determined by the Director of Public <br /> Works, and the City shall so extend said line at the City's <br /> cost. Connection charges to said main, as provided by <br /> ordinance, shall be waived for the Schnakes, or their heirs, <br /> successors or assigns, at the time of connection to said <br /> main. <br /> 7. During the term of this agreement, neither the <br /> Schnakes nor their heirs, successors or assigns shall <br /> petition any city or village other than the City of Decatur <br /> for annexation thereto, nor shall the Schnakes, and their <br /> heirs, successors and assigns, agree to or cooperate in any <br /> way with such annexation, except as provided herein. <br /> 8. The provisions of this agreement shall supersede <br /> the provisions of any ordinance, code or regulation of the <br /> City which may be in conflict with the provisions of this <br /> Agreement. <br />
