That the proposed Annexation Agreement between <br /> the City of Decatur and B & R Development Company, be and the <br /> same is hereby, received and placed on file, a copy of said An- <br /> nexation Agreement being attached hereto and hereby made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> Section 2 . That a public hearing upon said Annexation <br /> Agreement be, and the same is hereby scheduled for June 22, 1992, <br /> at 7: 30 P.M. before this Council in the City Council Chambers, <br /> Section 3 .
