That the tabulation of bids received for City <br /> Project 8011, Lime Sludge Effluent Piping Rehabilitation - North <br /> Water Treatment Plant, and presented herewith be received and <br /> placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Goodmar, Inc. , be accepted and a <br /> contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3 .
